• Source furniture additions and accessory options
  
• Find fabric samples
  
• give you colour choices with paint chips
  
• Provide photos of options
  
• create room layout options
  
• provide ideas and suggestions
  

 
Hourly Rate: $50

• Shopping
  
• Finding and supervising contractors
  
• Sourcing furniture and accessories
  
• Redesign -- using existing furniture and accessories to iprove the layout, flow and look of the space
  
• Staging - preparing a home for sale
